Job Requirements :
1) PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Project Coordinator
- Review the Project Execution Quality Plan submitted by Contractor to ensure it is in compliance with project reqiurements
- Monitor project execution and report the actual project progress
- Prepare and review tender documents for project
- Maintain, update and keep track of all technical records for the project
- Compile and review Project Close Out Report after project completion
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in handling any project function as a project expediter/coordinator/assistant/engineer
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and able to work with all levels of management and multi-national staff
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Familiarity and/or procedures on projects matters is an added advantages


2) ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Supervise cash flows and compile founding requirements. Monitor long term and short term cash flow, placing of time deposit, etc
- Supervise the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and audits by various parties. Review of report for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts closing which inclusive of JV accounts and PSC accounts
- Prepare and coordinates the submission of PITA & CITA estimate for SK10, SK333 & SK8
- Update and maintain the accounting system in optimal condition. System administrator for Sun Accounts & NAVA
- Assist in half-yearly J-SOX exercise
- Assist in Work Program & Budget preparation and monthly Budget Status Review
Requirements:
- A recognized accounting qualification: CA, ACCA or its equivalent and a member of MIA
- 5 years experience in a similar capacity
- Good understanding of cash accounting concepts
- Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel
- Possess good written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills and a team player


3) CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chief Project Controller/Contract Engineer for preparation of contracting strategies and contract documents
- Assist the Chief Project Controller/Contract Engineer to prepare tender plans, tender packages, technical evaluation reports, techno-commercial evaluation and award recommendation reports to tender
- Prepare periodical reports, records and MOM
- Monitor, control and reporting of civil construction to ensure it is within time, budget and quality as plan
- Review JSA and Work Method Statement for civil construction activities
- Enforce and audit civil work activities during construction to ensure it meets NIPPON design criteria
- Witness inspections and tests related to civil works
Requirements:
- Degree in Law/Business Administration/Engineering
- More than 7 years of continuous working experience in direct involvement in engineering, contract administration and procurement
activities, including at least 5 years in related contract activities for Oil & Gas project in Malaysia
- Experience in reviewing and/or developing procedures required for contract administration in general
- Familiar with international and national codes and standards including national oil company's established policies and procedures on the project matters
- Experience in developing or reviewing ITB and preparing weekly/monthly reports
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or any local Sarawak native language
- Proficient in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Medically fit to work as well as willing to travel and work in remote and rural areas

4) DRILLING ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
- Prepare drilling program and performing all aspect of drilling engineering works for the successful, cost effective and safe implementation of drilling activities
- Liaise, communicate and interface with relevant internal and external parties to ensure that the drilling operation is carried-out as per approved plan
- Understand every HSE procedure and rules related with drilling activities and assist to promote the implementation in view of compliance and effectiveness in the drilling activities
- Plan, coordinate and perform on-site fig inspection, acceptance test on contracted drilling rigs and third party equipment, materials and supplies to be compliance with NIPPON'S safety requirements and standard
- Prepare the drilling budget needed for the operation and monitor actual drilling expenditures against ACV for on-going activities. Initiate amendments in line with operational requirements
- Review day-to-day operation and entire drilling campaign and evaluate the procedure and technical approach for future reference. Highlight and update all issues pertaining to the operation to Drilling Manager
- Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinating fields materials requirements with Drilling Materials Coordinating and Drilling Supervisor at site i.e Work Service Order, dispatch of materials required at rig, arrange stock replenishment, follows up on the maintenance and repair of returned equipment
- Prepare and provide the basic requirements for the scope of works and technical specification for tender packages to be in line with project requirements and meet the minimum cost concepts and HSE requirements
- Summarize progress of project, highlight milestone achieved or Key Performance Indicator (PKI) and forward planning and timing. Reviewing project schedule including hold points and milestones
- Prepare End of Well report
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 7 years experience in drilling operation
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English

5) HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT SPECIALIST
Requirements:
- Assist the HSE to administer/manage Company wide HSE programs
- Monitor the implementation of HSS Management System
- Review the HSE Management System, HSE procedure and revise documents as and when necessary
- Support Emergency Response Teams and Emergency Command Centre activities including training, drills, etc
- Address HSE issues/concern raised and maintain high HSE performance standards and operations integrity
- Act on behalf of the HSE Manager in liaising with government bodies, national oil company and other PSCs on HSE matters as and when required
- COnduct regular HSE Management Sytem audit, including offshore and onshore site visits
- Coordinate/ conduct HSE studies, budgeting and plans
- Collate, analyse, monitor and publish HSE performance reports
- Lead and develop HSE audit schedule, checklist and conduct audit as per ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 Standard
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 10 years working experience
- Minimum 5 years working experience in operations HSE
- Knowledge of HSE Management System, familiar with HSE Regulations, Crisis & Emergency Response Management, industry
practices on HSE, Marine and Operations Safety and some knowledge on inland Oil & Gas exploration HSE
- Possess good written and spoken English, strong analytical and good communication skills (able to communicate with staff at all levels)
- Willing to travel

6) PROJECT COORDINATION EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate periodical/ad hoc meetings with national oil company, Partners and Tokyo HQ
- Act as a focal point of PSC/JOA and liaise with line departments
- Prepare periodical/ad hoc reports for national oil company, Partners and the Tokyo HQ
- Handle project managements as a focal point to the operator with partners in non-operators projects, supported by line departments
- Compile business plan/budgets and monitor the execution of budgets
- Conduct business planning and monitor the execution of budgets of non-operator projects
- Act as a focal point to national oil company. Partner and Tokyo HQ
- Negotiate commercial agreements/arrangements with national oil company and other partners
- Conduct inter-department coordination within Miri Office as well as coordinate with the Tokyo HQ and other overseas office
- Undertake responsibility as a custodian of the internal operation manual
- Handle compliance monitoring and CSR activities, exhibitions and ceremonies
- Arrangement of Tokyo HQ VIP/staff visit
Requirements:
- University graduate
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Advanced skills in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

7) PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Administer high value procurement process and activities effectively in order to develop tenders and contracts for the Company
- Prepare and seek relevant approving authorities endorsements/approvals for Screening/Pre-qualification, Tenders Plans, Invitation to Bid documents, Technical/Commercial Evaluation models,reports, Award Recommendation reports
- Conduct all necessary preliminary contract administration works such as issuance of Letter of Award, preparation of Draft Contract in negotiations and discussion/Contract kick-off with contractors and internal contract administrators
- Prepare necessary paperwork for post-contract award activities such as Changes to Contracts, Contract Extensions and Contract Terminations in accordance with applicable guidelines and solicit relevant endorsements and approvals
- initiate and prepare reporting for Master Procurement Plan (MPP), Cost Savings report and any other reports as required by the Company
- Participate with other organizations in Joint Tender exercises and for the discussion on farm-in agreements or other contract sharing options
Requirements:
- Minimum recognized Diploma in any engineering, management or business fields. A university degree qualification would be a definite advantage
- Minimum years relevant experience in the oil and gas services industry and a sound knowledge of oil gas tender procedures and contract terms and conditions
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Good command and verbal and written English, good analytical and organizational skills, must be trustworthy and self-disciplined with high ethical standards and value teamwork, consultation and operation

8) HUMAN RESOURCE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
- Salary administration for Permanent, Contract Local, Contract Expatriate and Japanese Secondee
- Administration of staff welfare and benefits
- Administration of immigration-related matters, including the application and extension of work permits for relevent staff
- Administration of recruitment activities including advertisement and interview & selection
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new staff
- Assist in budgets preparation for the Human Resource section
- Maintain consistent action across the organization by initiating, coordinating and enforcing policies and procedures approved by Management
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Managements or its equivalent
- Minimum 6 years experience in the area of Human Resuorce
- Experience in oil and gas industry would be a definite advantage, especially in the upstream oil and gas environment
- Possess good knowledge of Human Resource Managements
- Knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Sarawak Labour Ordinance
- Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
- Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to work independently
