1) Corporate Secretarial
Manager (one position)
Responsibilities:
Supervise Executives/Assistants in providing corporate secretarial and administration services to clients and maintaining clients relationships. Assist in the training and mentoring of the department's staff in their daily task. Work closely with HOD in planing, budgeting and marketing initiatives. Liaising and advising clients on administrative and management issues, including attending to and participating in executing/implementing structures for clients. Enhance workflows and systems of the department, and to assist in monitoring receivable.
Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate in Corporate Secretarial or equivalent (e.g. ICSA). Those who posses Degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- At least 4 to 6 years of working experience in the related field.
- Familiar with Companies Act, willing to acquire knowledge of offshore acts and regulations as well as to learn the intricacies of international tax planning and financial structures.
Executive (2 positions)
Responsibilities:
Provide corporate secretarial and administration services to a portfolio of clients independently. Liaising and advising clients on administrative and management issues, including attending to and participating in executing/implementing structures for clients. Support and contribute to enhancement of workflows and systems of the department, and to assist in monitoring receivables.
Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate in Corporate Secretarial or equivalent (e.g. ICSA). Those who posses Degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Willing to acquire knowledge of offshore acts and regulations as well as to learn the intricacies of international tax planning and financial structures.
Senior Assistant (one position)
Responsibilities:
Provide administration for a portfolio of clients. Assist in incorporation of new companies, registration of branches, and preparation of Board's minutes. Assist in lodgement of statutory forms with LOFSA, and advising the Board on the compliance requirements relating to the relevant Acts. Attend to correspondences with clients, regulators, bankers, etc in relation to client's companies.
Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate in Corporate Secretarial or equivalent (e.g. ICSA). Those who posses Degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Willing to acquire knowledge of offshore acts and regulations as well as to learn the intricacies of international tax planning and financial structures.
Assistant Manager/Executive (4 positions)
Responsibilities:
Review and provide guidance in maintaining and preparing full set of accounts for clients. Supervising, coaching and mentoring junior staffs including manage and monitor their progress through discussion, reporting and regular follow-up to ensure timely completion of assignments with quality. Implement the Group's best practices, continuous improvement initiatives related to client accounting work processes.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline. Those who are currently pursuing professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA Australia, CIMA) are encouraged to apply.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in accounting/auditing environment with minimum 1 to 2 years in supervisory capacity.
- Familiar with FRS / IFRS
Senior Assistant (3 positions)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the book keeping and preparation of financial report for a portfolio of clients. Ensure timely completion of financial reports, statutory audits, and tax submission. Be a team player, contributing to the achievement of the department's objective.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Accounting.
- At least 2 years of working experience in an accounting/auditing environment.
Senior Manager/Manager (one position)
Responsibilities:
Leading the team and responsible for the overall operations of the department. Spearhead and co-ordinate financial strategies, budgetary process, management reporting, cost control and performance analysis. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, meeting the Group's reporting requirements, completion of statutory audit, filing of corporate tax and submission of statistic to authorities. Ensure compliance with the Company's policies and generally accepted accounting principles. Monitor cash flow and credit control. Responsible for the Department's proper documentation of operational policies and procedures. Support and implement risk management measures and related internal controls and system controls.
Requirements:
- At least a Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline or professional accounting qualification (e.g. MICPA, ACCA, CPA Australia, CIMA)
- At least 5 to 10 years of working experience in the related field, with minimum 3 to 5 years in managerial capacity
- Familiar with FRS / IFRS
