1)  Project Manager

• must posses an Engineering Degree or Diploma
• minimum 10 years relevent work experience in oil & gas
• with not less than 5 years experience in Construction/Maintenance/Offshore as Project Manager

2)  Operation Superintendent

• at least a Technical Cert. of recognized engineering discipline
• minimum 10 years offshore experience in oil & gas construction
• with at least 5 years in supervisory level
• must be familiar with construction work, marine operations and safety management

3)  Planning Engineer

• minimum Degree level from a recognized tertiary institution (Mechanical, Civil or Structural)
• at least 8 years exp in construction industry which at least 3 yrs in the offshore construction industry as a planning engineer

4)  Health, Safety & Environment Officer

     Office Base

• must posses a Cert. in OHS from NIOSH or equivalent
• at least 8 years exp in construction industry including 5 yrs of offshore oil & gas construction experience in supervisory position
• Attend a minimum number of appropriate local development courses as required by Petronas Carigali such as accident reporting and investigation, hazard and effect management process etc

     Offshore Base

• shall be mature, suitable qualified, held a supervisory position in an appropriate discipline for a minimum period of 5 years
• shall attend appropriate local development courses as required by Petronas Carigali 
• must have passed safety courses or equivalent recognized by PCSB such as NIOSH, DIPSM & CSO

5)  Procurement Officer

• at least Diploma in Engineering / Business Administrative or equivalent
• at least 5 years working exp in oil & gas
• must be familiar with MESC System

6)  QA/QC Engineer
7)  Field Engineer/Construction Engineer (Structural/Mechanical/Piping)
8)  Field Engineer (Electrical & Instrument)
9)  Draftsman
10)  Technical Clerk
11)  Field Superintendent (Offshore)
12)  Rigging/Scaffolding Supervisor
